Well, first of all, I want to apologize to all of you. I know your time is valuable and I felt really awful that we had such horrendous technical problems.
However, we have found a new service called Go To Webinars,which is a much higher quality service, and which actually hassome really amazing features.
In fact, one great thing is that you'll be able to call in and just listen if you'd like, OR if it's convenient for you to sit in front ofyour computer while it's going on, you'll be able to send us messages using the chat feature.

Vaporizing Anxiety & ADD/ADHD

Vaporize Your ADD/ADHD
I just got this via email yesterday and I've got to share it with you. This past Sunday I debugged some of the participants for ADD/ADHD at one of our coach training programs. Here's part of an email that I got yesterday from one of the participants:

I no longer have ADHD. I know this. I came home last night and had the best meditation that I have ever had..got messages that were crystal clear.
I also purposely practiced my meditation were there was a lot of chaos. Before, I would have gone into an upset and complained that I couldn't focus. I had laser focus like never before.
Also my reading has improved dramatically. I can read with a kind of effortless focus. Other things have improved too.
Yep, ADHD...GONE. All gone."
About 60% of the population is estimated to have the underlying cause that we debug with this technique. It doesn't mean that this many people would be diagnosed with ADD or ADHD and just don't know it yet. Rather it means that there are milder versions of it so you might not characterize yourself as ADD or ADHD. But you might sometimes have trouble focusing, or you may get distracted or have what some have referred to as "brain fog" or static in your brain. The problem is that you've been living inside of this influence all of your life so you don't have any other frame of reference.

So you may want to come to the seminar and get checked out. We are going to test everyone (which only takes a few seconds for each person) and then everyone who needs this will have the opportunity to get debugged during the class at no extra charge. It's included in the seminar fee.
Vaporize Your Anxiety
We've also just finished a special training for Core Dynamics Coaches to become Certified Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches. They were all practicing with people who have anxiety during the training and having people's anxiety simply vaporize using the techniques that they were mastering during the training.
You'll get to learn these techniques both for yourself as well as for helping others. We are finding the new Pure Awareness Technique called the SEE Technique (Side Entrance Expansion) to be especially useful for vaporizing anxiety. One of the comments from the coaches who were going through the special training that many of them said was (and some of them said it more than once) - It's so fast!
We are all quite blown away by how quickly these new techniques vaporize anxiety. It just fades away and the underlying basis of it dissolves. So it is not just temporary. It may take several times working with the techniques as there may be several issues underlying the anxiety but as each of them gets resolved (we're talking minutes here) then that one seems to be permanently resolved.

What is it like
to live from Pure Awareness all the time?
Well, first of all I have to say that you cannot truly describe it in words. Just like the taste of a strawberry you can't really know what it is like without having a bite. And in this case its not just a bite but a complete shift of reality from being lost to the illusion that you are a limited individual to experiencing the fullness, the limitless unboundedness of your essential nature present every moment of every day.
As I say, what this is like is difficult to describe but some attributes of it may be able to be expressed at least to some degree.
For example, it becomes impossible to be judgmental. Why would you collapse back into an illusion of separateness just to avoid feeling something in your body that in the past you would not have been willing to feel? In fact because you now have 24/7/365 100% presence of Pure Awareness which is infinite, the whole issue of feeling avoidance becomes ludicrous. You are always fully present to everything. Fears and suffering melt away into a faint dream of the past and no longer have any limiting influence on your life.
You have a deep sense of connection with everything. There is a sense of inner guidance and knowing that needs no explanation. You all of a sudden feel as if you are the agent of Nature It's Self. The distinction between you and Nature disappears and you become aligned with the infinite organizing power of the Laws of Nature. You function as an expression of the Law of Least Effort which means that it simply feels like you are in the Zone all the time.
Words can't describe it!
I could go on and on but as I have said, words can't really even begin to come close to the actual experience. However, the best part of doing the "work" to gain this state is that then it is with you all the time for the rest of your life as a human being. After that... well, when you have the experience of the infinite with you all the time, you just don't seem to worry about what anything is going to be like later, you are so fully present in the timelessness of this moment.
So what keeps us from having this kind of experience and living life in this state of Being? From penetrating deeply into this question for much of my life and from working with clients and training participants for many years, it is clear to me that there are basically two things that get in the way of having this perpetually awakened state. These two things are your incomplete emotional experiences that are still held in your body form the past, and your identifications, which means getting the sense of who you are from things that are not really who you are.
Both of these things are insidious. They are invisible and because you are living inside of them it is very difficult to see them yourself. It's like wearing dark glasses. Everything you see is colored dark and you have forgotten that the glasses are on. Many of the forms of identification and also the incompletions from the past are so well hidden that it can really take the vision and insight of someone who has been down this path and is skilled at seeing these things and helping you to identify and resolve them in order to liberate yourself form their invisible, dramatically limiting grip.
This is precisely what we will be doing in the Permanent Pure Awareness six month course. Life lived in Pure Awareness is indescribably delicious. It is something that is worth doing with your life. It is a life worth living.
Although she has no need for it I am taking this opportunity to congratulate Michelle Humphrey who now seems to have made this shift from being lost to the illusion of being an individual to experiencing the presence of Pure Awareness all the time, everywhere. She has been vigilantly pursuing living from Pure Awareness all the time since I met her in July of 2006. She recently took the Permanent Pure Awareness course and said that it is by far the best program she has taken with me and that it was instrumental in helping to dig out her last inner barriers. She'll still keep evolving as we all do but there's something so precious about reaching the milestone of having the experience of Pure Awareness always present and really living from the state of unboundedness. "I had spent 14 years in personal development and have read over 100 books on personal development and truthfully attended countless seminars and tele-seminars before I found Tom.

I have completed and permanently moved thru all those inner conflicts; I have let go of the stories and over identifications and now feel more free, alive, more aligned with my life and back in love with my life. I am loving and fully enjoying being pure awareness on a ongoing basis.
