I will be giving an evening presentation in Denver next week on Thursday evening, Jan 10th at the Denver Coaches Federation monthly meeting. My talk is called - The 12 Killers of Coaching Presence and How to Purge Them From Your Coaching and Your Life.

Then the next morning I'll be giving a half day workshop entitled - Cultivating a Powerful Coaching Presence.

I'm also giving a similar talk at the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance meeting on Monday, January 14th. The meeting time and location info is:

	An Overview of Our Plans for 2008

I'd like to share with you some of the ideas that we have in motion for 2008. The things that we are planning are in various stages of preparation. Some of them are scheduled and others are in process but I'm going to give you the overview so you'll know what's coming.

I've also just finished writing another new book entitled -

Vaporize Your Anxiety
It's Easier than You Think

It is being edited just now and should be out and available within a few weeks. The marketing of this new book will be done both on the internet as well as through traditional book distribution channels to support a seminar by the same name that I will be giving in six cities this year. (See below for more on this.)
 

Research:

We have been working for months to get approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB) that we contracted with to oversee our double blind, placebo controlled, randomized scientific study on debugging one of the major underlying causes of ADD/ADHD. This will be the first double blind study ever done with the WaveMaker or any device like the WaveMaker. Our target timing is finalize the IRB approval and do the study during the first quarter of 2008.

While the study is being done I'll be writing another new book with the working title of -

Vaporize Your ADD/ADHD
It's Anti-Virus Software for Your Nervous System

As soon as the pilot study is done I'll be incorporating the results into the book. We have been seeing amazing results with our ADD Debugging protocol. For example check out the great video testimonial of a man in his fifties who suffered so much from ADD that he couldn't work any more. After the debugging he said - "Tom - It's like I've had a brain transplant!"

It is these kinds of results that have inspired us to do this double blind research so that we can see the difference between placebo effect (having an effect by intention) and the effect of actually debugging the TB Miasm with the WaveMaker. We have a "placebo" WaveMaker that has the internal connections disabled but it still looks like it's working. Half of the kids in the study will get their TB Miasm debugged with the WaveMaker and the other half will at first get only debugged with the placebo WaveMaker. Then two weeks later everyone will get retested and the placebo group will then get debugged with a fully functional WaveMaker.

The study is designed so that a special "blinder" technician will randomly assign 10 kids to the actual debugging group and 10 to the group who get what only looks like the debugging with the placebo WaveMaker. This way we'll be able to show both that the WaveMaker works as well as to quantify the difference in effect between just thinking you are getting debugged versus actually getting debugged for this major underlying cause of ADD/ADHD. We have a variety of assessments and tests that are going to be done before and after to quantify the differences. This is going to be a very important milestone in the development of Human Software Engineering.

We are also working on organizing additional pilot double blind research studies to validate and quantify the results that we are seeing with the Be Smoke Free Now program of dramatically reducing withdrawal symptoms when someone stops smoking using the program.

In addition we are planning to also do a pilot double blind study on our highly effective allergy debugging. There was a previous study done in Austria with 200 children that found that 82% of the participants no longer had any allergic reaction to the original offending allergen after a series of debuggings. The study was not double blind however so we are going to replicate this earlier study but with a double blind study design. This is very exciting stuff!

National Seminar Tour:

We are planning seminars in six cities this year:

There will be two different weekends in each city. We are going to start with two - one day seminars on the first weekend in each city. Each of the one day seminars will be related to one of the new books.

The first one day seminar which will be on a Saturday is - Vaporize Your Anxiety - It's Easier than You Think. People who attend will learn how to use the CORE Technique and the new SEE Technique to vaporize their anxiety.

The second one day seminar is - Vaporize Your ADD/ADHD - It's Anti-virus Software for Your Nervous System.

I'll be doing a book tour along with the seminars so we'll be organizing radio, TV and bookstore appearances in the same cities before the seminars.

At these seminars I'll also be giving people an introduction to the Core Dynamics and promoting a weekend seminar on the Core Dynamics about 6 to 10 weeks after the first set of Vaporize seminars.  Here's the tentative schedule of the seminars for 2008:

ICF Chapter Presentations and Half-day Workshops:

I just gave a presentation called - The 12 Killers of Coaching Presence - How to Remove Them from Your Coaching and Your Life -  to the Denver Coach Federation which is the ICF chapter for the Denver area. There were 80 people at the evening meeting presentation and 40 at the half day workshop which was called - Cultivating a Powerful Coaching Presence. I've just given a similar presentation to the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance. The half day workshop for these folks will be held in a few weeks. Watch for the announcement coming very soon.

I'll be doing additional presentations and half day workshops for ICF chapters in Central Ohio, New England and Chicago. And it is likely that there will be some additional one at some of the larger ICF chapters around the country. Watch for the schedules in our newsletters throughout the year. Training Programs:

We have many wonderful training programs planned for 2008. Here they are:

Core Dynamics Coach Training - Begins March 6-9 in Carlsbad, CA. An additional training is scheduled to begin in September. There are new options including a Plus and a Premium version as well as a Option 1.5 and Option 2. Details coming very soon.

WaveMaker Mastery Program - including one version in English and one version with German translation of the classes and individual coaching sessions.

You can take segments of this program according to your interests.  The full description and segment options are being finalized and will be available shortly. Watch for a newsletter about espcially about that.

New - Extraordinary Wellness Coach Training - This program is a one year program that includes learning how to offer the full Squeaky Clean Program.

New - Become a Human Software Engineering Program Developer - This new program will teach you how to create new HSE programs. During the training we will all collaborate to develop two new HSE programs - a comprehensive weight management program and a program for supporting the resolution of sleep disorders. Participants will be required to have taken either the Core Dynamics Teacher Training program, The Core Dynamics Coach Training Program or the WaveMaker Mastery Program or have equivalent depth of experience with HSE. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis however a strong foundation in the basics of working with the Core Dynamics, the WaveMaker or WaveMaker Pro and the Pure Awareness Techniques will be required.

The Permanent Pure Awareness Program - The first offering of this program is just now completing. People are reporting that as a result of their participation in this program they are experiencing having Pure Awareness present in their lives more and more with many finding that it is there either all the time or nearly all the time. It will be made available to receive as recorded audio classes via the web this year.

Tom Stone Consulting is a division of Great Life Technologies, LLC that has been created to sever the corporate market with Core Dynamics based programs. We have created a new program for providing the essence of the Core Dynamics to people in the corporate workplace. Our working name for this new program is The MPOWER Program™. As you know I love acronyms and MPOWER is an acronym for Maximize Productivity, Organization, Wisdom, Energy and Results. This new program involves a four hour workshop in which participants learn how to reduce their inner clutter by learning the CORE and the SEE techniques. This is followed by three months of individual coaching from experiened Core Dynamics Coaches.

We have decided to introduce the MPOWER Program by donating it free of charge to three national non-profit organizations. We could use your help with this if you have contacts in such organizations. We are looking for three organizations that meet the following criteria:

• One major national non-profit in each of three areas
• Health
• Education
• Service
• The training locations must be in Southern California
• The organization must be open to and interested in growth and development of their staff

We are looking for connections to people in such non-profits who are in positions of authority, who are open to growth and change, who are likely to "get" what we are doing.

If you happen to have any connections with executives in national non-profit organizations or know of other ways to have access to such people, we are eager to donate the MPOWER Program to these kinds of organizations and see just how much we can help them to be even more effective at fulfilling their wonderful purposes of helping people on a large scale. This feels like a very nice way to leverage the positive benefits that we can create by teaching people to reduce their inner clutter using the Pure Awareness Techniques.

We are also looking for Core Dynamics Coaches (This can include WaveMaker Coaches but these first corporate trainings are going to done with Core Dynamics Coaching only and not with WaveMakers.)

There will be 60 participants in the coaching part of this program (20 per program) and each one will receive 3 half hour to 45 minute phone coaching sessions per month for three months, or a total of 9 sessions. If you would like to donate 4 ½ hours of coaching (or more) to this program over a three month period you can apply to participate by sending an email to Charmaine@greatlifetechnologies.com.

This is a great way to get yourself lined up to participate in the corporate coaching program when we start to get paid for this! We'll have evaluations of the donated coaching sessions and the best people will be the first ones hired as we begin to get corporate accounts.

Collaboration - We would like to start a Wiki for building an information base about Human Software Engineering. The idea would be to have something collaborative like Wikipedia and once it is developed to a certain point place parts of it into Wikipedia with links to more details at the HSE wiki. As we get this organized everyone who wants to participate will have the opportunity to do so. We will also have come collaboration sessions to explore how yet more collaboration can take place within the HSE community.

Marketing - We've hired a web marketing firm who will be helping us to broadly spread the word about what we are up to at GLT. You'll begin to see their work in the coming weeks ahead.

I'm sure that more things will be emerging as the year unfolds. Stay tuned to the newsletters and we'll keep you informed as these various projects and programs start to get fully scheduled and implemented.

	New Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach Training Program For Experienced WaveMaker and Core Dynamics Coaches

My latest book - Vaporize Your Anxiety - The Groundbreaking Treatment for Anxiety without Drugs or Therapy - is just in the final edit stage and is about to get laid out and printed.

In the book I teach people the CORE Technique, the GAP Technique and the new SEE Technique and how to use these Pure Awareness Techniques to vaporize their anxiety. There are also web recordings to support learning the techniques.

However, we all know that many people, especially people who have been avoiding feeling the real underlying fears that are driving their anxiety are going to need some coaching. So in the book we recommend that they go to www.greatlifecoaching.com (which is still under construction at the moment) and find a coach they like if they need some help with vaporizing their anxiety. That coach could be you!

As I am going to be doing a national book and seminar tour based on this book this year and because we will be promoting the book in a big way both through the "book trade" as well as via web marketing (we have a new web marketing firm helping us with this now) we are anticipating needing lots of experienced Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaches to join the Great Life Coaching Portal and be listed as Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches. As the book, seminars and promotional campaigns drive people to the Great Life Coaching web site they will review the profiles of the coaches there and make a choice.

So this will be a way to get new clients by having them simply read your profile and choose you as their coach. It's a coaches' marketing dream come true.

Here's how it's going to work:

The clients will pay Great Life Coaching (a division of Great Life Technologies) and GLT will pay you. We'll be keeping a margin for the marketing, the creation and maintenance of the portal and the on going administration of the web site and programs. We already have six coaches involved in a pilot version of the portal and on a recent call they were all saying how much they loved getting clients this way and what a difference this has made in increasing their income.

So to prepare for the onslaught of new clients that we anticipate from the book, etc. I am holding a short training for experienced Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaches to bring you up to speed on the terminology, application of the Pure Awareness Techniques for anxiety, and to make sure that everyone who we invite into the GLC portal to be Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches is up to the task.

The prerequisites for participation in this program are either that you have taken the Core Dynamics Coach Training Program, the Core Dynamics Teacher Training Program, the WaveMaker Mastery Program or its earlier version the WaveMaker Mentoring Program and you have been actively and successfully using the Pure Awareness Techniques to help people resolve their emotional pain. I want to make it clear that taking the new training does not guarantee that you will be invited into the GLC portal. The invitations are going to be at our discretion and based on demand from the clients. But my feeling is that we are going to need a lot of really good coaches doing this work.
