The highlights of the training programs that I'll be covering in this newletter include:
New Programs:
Extraordinary Wellness Coach Training - This is the program for full training in HSE that includes full details of how to do the Squeaky Clean Program. And - very exciting news - it is going to include live teleclasses with Martin Keymer!!!
Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach Training - My new book - Vaporize Your Anxiety - Groundbreaking Treatments for Anxiety without Drugs or Therapy - is almost ready for printing. We're going to be doing massive PR, book tours, web marketing, etc. and the book encourages people to go to our new Great Life Coaching Portal (under construction) to hire a Certified Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach.
The Human Software Engineering Program Developer Training Program - Want to learn how to develop new HSE programs like I do? It sure looks like we are going to need lots of new program developers. The two programs that will be developed during this training will be for weight management and sleep disorders.

New - Extraordinary Wellness Coach Training
Extraordinary Wellness Coach Training - including full training in how to offer the Squeaky Clean Program and I'm so excited, Martin Keymer one of my main mentors for the wellness applications of HSE and the foremost researcher in the field that the Germans call Bioresonance Therapy (what we call HSE) has agreed to join teleclasses for this training and answer questions and share insights. This is a really great development. I suggested that he start to give some teleclasses to the members of the GLT community and I've just received an email from him saying that he is excited about this idea and eager to get started.
So we are going to start with a teleclass in which I will be interviewing Martin about the Squeaky Clean Program. He uses different language to discribe it. I don't mean that he uses German (although this is certainly true) I mean that his way of speaking about what we do is a bit different. He shows you how to create a individualized plan for each client to get well and stay well. His courses for learning to do this are called Gridded Test Technique 1 and 2. But he knows that we use the HSE language. In fact he is a big fan of the Core Dynamics and sponsors me to teach Core Dynamics and HSE in Europe twice a year. I'm going over to teach it in April.
We are working out the date for the teleclass of the interview with Martin and that will be announced shortly. Martin has a very busy teaching schedule for his International Mediterranean University but it looks like the teleclass will be sometime in February.
The call is going to be about the Squeaky Clean program and also about learning how to offer this power program to your clients. The Squeaky Clean program is going to be taught inside the context of a new training program called the Extraordinary Wellness Coach Training program.

Core Dynamics Coach Training
People who are being trained as Core Dynamics Coaches are becoming exemplary coaches in the coaching industry. This is because they are becoming people who others want as their coaches by cleaning up their own inner emotional landscape. They are becoming people without an agenda. And they are becoming so good at using the Pure Awareness Techniques to get profound breakthroughs that its just blowing everyone away, including their clients, their trainers (Michael Stratford and me), other coaches, and even themselves!!!
We have expanded the options of how you can take this training. It now includes lower priced alternatives as well as Plus and Premium versions that include group and personal coaching with me.
Michael Stratford, one of the first MCC's certified by ICF, teaches the Core Dynamics Coach Training programs with me and he is also been an assessor for the ICF certification examinations for a long time. He has remarked with surprise and delight that after just a few months of Core Dynamics Coach training that the coaches trained this way are far better even at conventional coaching than most of the coaches applying for ICF certification.
Our focus on the personal development of the coach and the removal of inner barriers to powerful coaching presence by having the coaches doing lots of this work on themselves throughout the training seems to be developing a new standard of quality for coaches. This has inspired us to create a Core Dynamics Coach Certification as a way to make this distinction. I wanted to give you this background and refer you to the web page about our procedure as an introduction to this next question. Although we are supportive of and very powerfully prepare coaches for ICF certification with our training, based on our experience now of training Core Dynamics Coaches for about a year and a half and also training WaveMaker Coaches for about six years now, we feel that Core Dynamics Coach Certification is going to be an important distinction in the future of coaching and a further differentiator from ICF certification alone. I do realize from our conversation that your coaches are already ICF certified and that this part of our normal training program is not needed.
However, the upgrading of the quality of other coaches who are also already ICF certified to various levels and the greatly enhanced effectiveness of their coaching deserves a method of being distinguished and acknowledged. And there also needs to be a way of informing clients and potential clients of this important difference between conventional coaching and Core Dynamics Coaching which is way we have developed the Core Dynamics Coaching Certification.

ICF Chapter Presentations and half day workshops
I just gave a presentation called - The 12 Killers of Coaching Presence - How to Remove Them from Your Coaching and Your Life - to the Denver Coach Federation which is the ICF chapter for the Denver area. There were 80 people at the evening meeting presentation and 40 at the half day workshop which was called - Cultivating a Powerful Coaching Presence. I've just given a similar presentation to the San Diego Professional Coaches Alliance. The half day workshop for these folks will be held in a few weeks. Watch for the announcement coming very soon.
I'll be doing additional presentations and half day workshops for ICF chapters in Central Ohio, New England and Chicago. And it is likely that there will be some additional one at some of the larger ICF chapters around the country. Watch for the schedules in our newsletters throughout the year. Training Programs
We have many wonderful training programs planned for 2008. Here they are:
Core Dynamics Coach Training - Begins March 6-9 in Carlsbad, CA. An additional training is scheduled to begin in September. There are new options including a Plus and a Premium version as well as a Option 1.5 and Option 2. Details coming very soon.

New - Extraordinary Wellness Coach Training - This program is a one year program that includes learning how to offer the full Squeaky Clean Program.
New - Become a Human Software Engineering Program Developer - This new program will teach you how to create new HSE programs. During the training we will all collaborate to develop two new HSE programs - a comprehensive weight management program and a program for supporting the resolution of sleep disorders. Participants will be required to have taken either the Core Dynamics Teacher Training program, The Core Dynamics Coach Training Program or the WaveMaker Mastery Program or have equivalent depth of experience with HSE. Exceptions may be made on an individual basis however a strong foundation in the basics of working with the Core Dynamics, the WaveMaker or WaveMaker Pro and the Pure Awareness Techniques will be required.
The Permanent Pure Awareness Program - The first offering of this program is just now completing. People are reporting that as a result of their participation in this program they are experiencing having Pure Awareness present in their lives more and more with many finding that it is there either all the time or nearly all the time. It will be made available to receive as recorded audio classes via the web this year.
Core Dynamics Training and Coaching in the Corporate Workplace:
Seminars in Europe - I'm also going to be teaching seminars in Europe with a Core Dynamics HSE seminar in Germany April and a Master Class in Nov. - http://greatlifetechnologies.com/cdhse.shtml. I'm also working on a possible seminar in England as well.
Collaboration - We would like to start a Wiki for building an information base about Human Software Engineering. The idea would be to have something collaborative like Wikipedia and once it is developed to a certain point place parts of it into Wikipedia with links to more details at the HSE wiki. As we get this organized everyone who wants to participate will have the opportunity to do so. We will also have come collaboration sessions to explore how yet more collaboration can take place within the HSE community.
Marketing - We've hired a web marketing firm who will be helping us to broadly spread the word about what we are up to at GLT. You'll begin to see their work in the coming weeks ahead.
I'm sure that more things will be emerging as the year unfolds. Stay tuned to the newsletters and we'll keep you informed as these various projects and programs start to get fully scheduled and implemented.

As I mentioned recently, my latest book - Vaporize Your Anxiety - The Groundbreaking Treatment for Anxiety without Drugs or Therapy - is nearly ready. It's now having the internal layout of the pages done and the cover is being finalized. It will be ready for printing very shortly.
In coordination with that we have set up the Vaproize Your Anxiety Coach Training and Certification Program. This is a program for putting some finishing touches on your coaching as it applies to coaching people to vaporize their anxiety. The training is going to start very soon, this Friday in fact, so if you are an experienced WaveMaker or Core Dynamics Coach and you'd like to be part of this grand new adventure, click through to the web page to sign up on the list to get the details about this training program. Here's the content of my earlier email in case you missed it.
In the new book I teach people the CORE Technique, the GAP Technique and the new SEE Technique and how to use these Pure Awareness Techniques to vaporize their anxiety. There are also references to web pages with recordings to support learning the techniques.
However, we all know that many people, especially people who have been avoiding feeling the real underlying fears that are driving their anxiety are going to need some coaching. So in the book we recommend that they go to www.greatlifecoaching.com (which is still under construction at the moment) and find a coach they like if they need some help with vaporizing their anxiety. That coach could be you!
As I am going to be doing a national book and seminar tour based on this book this year and because we will be promoting the book in a big way both through the "book trade" as well as via web marketing (we have a new web marketing firm helping us with this now) we are anticipating needing lots of experienced Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaches to join the Great Life Coaching Portal and be listed as Certified Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches. As the book, seminars and promotional campaigns drive people to the Great Life Coaching web site they will review the profiles of the coaches there and make a choice.
So this will be a way to get new clients by having them simply read your profile and choose you as their coach. It's a coaches' marketing dream come true.
Here's how it is going to work:
The clients will pay Great Life Coaching (a division of Great Life Technologies) and GLT will pay you. We'll be keeping a margin for the marketing, the creation and maintenance of the portal and the on going administration of the web site and programs. We already have six coaches involved in a pilot version of the portal and on a recent call they were all saying how much they loved getting clients this way and what a difference this has made in increasing their income.
So to prepare for the onslaught of new clients that we anticipate from the book, marketing campaigns, etc. I am holding a short training fand certification program or experienced Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaches to bring you up to speed on the terminology, application of the Pure Awareness Techniques for anxiety, and to make sure that everyone who we invite into the GLC portal to be Vaporize Your Anxiety Coaches is up to the task.
The prerequisites for participation in this program are either that you have taken the Core Dynamics Coach Training Program, the Core Dynamics Teacher Training Program, the WaveMaker Mastery Program or its earlier version the WaveMaker Mentoring Program and you have been actively and successfully using the Pure Awareness Techniques to help people resolve their emotional pain. I want to make it clear that taking the new training does not guarantee that you will be invited into the GLC portal. The invitations are going to be at our discretion and based on demand from the clients. But my feeling is that we are going to need a lot of really good coaches doing this work.

Exciting News! Martin Keymer will be on our February Community Call! |

I'm so excited. Martin Keymer is my main mentor for the health care applications of HSE. He is the foremost researcher in the field that the Germans call Bioresonance Therapy (what we call HSE). I invited him to join us for the GLT community call in February and I've just received his acceptance. He is excited about this idea and eager to connect with all of you.
Even better, he has agreed to co-lead a new training program with me called Extraordinary Wellness Coach Training. We'll be talking about it on the call. What's really great is that we're going to now be able to get the benefit of Martin's tremendous depth of knowledge, experience and phenomenal success in helping people get well and stay well, in English, directly from him, every month!!!
In the past Martin has been hesitant to teach in English because he has felt that his English wasn't good enough but it's actually just fine. You'll be able to understand him perfectly well. I have also assured him that I will help to clarify anything that's needed as I know his work and his thinking so well.

Spring is a time for new beginnings and we've got a lot of them this year. As I mentioned in one of my last emails, you'll be receiving quite a lot of announcements because we have so many new programs starting in the weeks ahead. Michael Stratford and I have been teaching the Core Dynamics Coach Training for about a year and a half now. And what an experience this has been and continues to be. It's incredible to watch the transformation that takes place in people's lives as they go through the training.
This is because all of GLT's training programs are designed to massively upgrade the quality of the participants. It's been my philosophy all along that great coaching comes from great people so the very best thing we can do is to help people to debug and upgrade the quality of who they ARE by removing the inner barriers to their natural greatness.
And that's just what we do in the Core Dynamics Coach Training Program. Although you learn the Core Dynamics insights in great depth and how to be masterful at facilitating people's transformation using the Pure Awareness Techniques, and you also get prepared both for ICF - ACC level certification as well as GLT certification as a Core Dynamics Coach, the real purpose of the program is to transform you into someone whose natural greatness simply shines through like never before in your life.
The rising need for Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaches:
You've probably heard me explain the concept that I call remembering the future. It's the way that I think of intentions. I think of intention not so much as something that we do but rather something that we are preceiving as coming up in our lives.

Core Dynamics Coaching (which is a subset of WaveMaker Coaching) is the foundation for becoming a Vaporize Your Anxiety Coach. And as I am doing a six city seminar and book tour this year based on my new book - Vaporize Your Anxiety - Groundbreaking Techniques for Treating Anxiety without Drugs or Therapy, and getting the book out into book stores in a big way as well as a massive web marketing campaing for the book, it's easy to remember a future in which we need tons of highly qualified Core Dynamics Coaches to help people learn and use the techniques presented in the book.
We're just about to launch the Great Life Coaching Portal where Certified Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaches will be profiled and people who are directed to the web site will be able to browse the different kinds of specialized coaching available there and review the coaches profiles and choose someone they resonante with. This will be a coaches marketing dream come true. The clients will be coming to you because of the specialized nature of Core Dynamics Coaching and the superb quality of the coaching they can get from Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaches.
In addition, we have a team of 10 people working on getting our new Core Dynamics based corporate training and coaching program out into the corporate market place. This is going to require a ton of really good Core Dynamics Coaches who would like to help people in the workplace to Maximize their Productivity, Organization, Wisdom, Energy and Results. We call this new program the MPOWER program and our marketing team is working on getting it out into the corporate market in a big way.
And this is just the beginning. We'll have more Vaporize Your Problems books coming out over the months ahead and each one will be focused on helping people resolve some major problem that they've been struggling with that can easily be resolved with a little good Core Dynamics Coaching. All of these specialized forms of Core Dynamics and WaveMaker Coaching will be available to people via the Great Life Coaching Portal.
We also have a new version of the WaveMaker Mastery Program beginning in March as well. There will be two versions of it this time, one in English and one with German translation as many of the people who have been taking my HSE seminars through the International Mediterranean University in Europe are mainly German speaking.

Become an HSE Program Developer! |

Imagine if you had been an early computer software programmer and developed programs like PowerPoint, Acrobat, Java Script, or QuickBooks. Can you imagine how wealthy you would be? And what incredible fun and excitement it would have been?
I have long felt that Human Software Engineering could easily become an even bigger field than computer software engineering. After all our inner human software is much more important than the software that runs our desktop and laptop computers. And everyone on the planet has their own inner CPU and inner human software operating system. So why wouldn't HSE become as big or bigger a field than computer software programming?
Well, how would you like to become one of the pioneers of Human Software Engineering and learn how to develop new HSE Programs? Who really knows what's going to happen with HSE in the world but everyday more and more people tell me how blown away they are by the power of HSE to transform people's lives.
Although I've so far been the main developer of HSE programs, that can't continue. It would be like Bill Gates being the only computer software programmer. That just isn't workable if we really want HSE to become a powerful and broadly accepted and adopted modality in the world. 2008 Seminar Schedule

We have quite a year planned with 18 seminars in six cities in the USA and Canada plus seminars in Germany and New Zealand.
In the USA we're holding three seminars in each of these cities:

In each city we'll be starting off with a Vaporize Your Anxiety one day seminar followed by a one day seminar on Vaporize Your ADD/ADHD. We'll be promoting my new books by the same titles. Vaporize Your Anxiety is just about ready for printing and Vaporize Your ADD/ADHD will be coming soon too.
In each of these cities we are also doing a PR campaign with press releases, radio and TV appearances and book signings at local book stores. We'll have a very active web marketing campaign for the seminars as well. So we are expecting a good turn out.
We are also anticipating starting our double blind study on our method of debugging one of the major underlying causes of ADD/ADHD so that the results of the study will be available to share at the seminars as soon as the study is completed. It's expected to take about a month once we get started.
We'd like to give everyone in our community first shot at getting a seat in these up coming seminars and also extend discounts to you for registering early.
National Seminar Tour
There will be seminars on two different weekends in each city. We are going to start with two - one day seminars on the first weekend in each city. Each of the one day seminars will be related to one of the new books.
The first one day seminar which will be on a Saturday is - Vaporize Your Anxiety - Groundbreaking Techniques for Resolving Anxiety without Drugs or Therapy. People who attend will learn how to use the CORE Technique and the new SEE Technique to vaporize their anxiety. WaveMaker Coaches, Core Dynamics Coaches as well as others in the personal development and healing arts fields will also get to learn how to do this.
The second one day seminar is - Vaporize Your ADD/ADHD - It's Anti-virus Software for Your Nervous System. Everyone will get to be debugged and upgraded for the major underlying cause of their ADD/ADHD as part of the seminar. I'll also be relating the progress of our double blind study on this approach.
